White wine from the southwestern region of Bulgaria made from a blend of Chardonnay, Tamianka and a little Sandanski Misket. It has a pale straw color and captivates with its aroma of citrus, mango and passion fruit. A pleasant juicy and fresh finish.
It is best combined with salads, white meat, cheese, fish and seafood.
